Thanks, chaps.  I am glad that you resisted the temptation to undermine my 
belief in my chosen remedy :-)

My use of diclofenac is for my tennis/golfer's elbow, the Tiger Balm for the 
misbehaving muscles on my back.

And the pretty chiropractor is good for both ...
