As to the Dimage software--you aren't missing anything. Don't worry about
the missing disk. Nothing on there worthwhile.
The A1/A2 remains one of the best thought-out digital cameras ever.
Combined with the battery grip, it handles just like a big monster DSLR
without the weight.
