Moose,

Nice to know I'm not alone.  The way the charge was submitted to Visa made 
it appear to be a legitimate Internet website.  Only one letter was changed 
in the name.  I could find no legitimate site with the name given, but I did 
send a note to the legitimate site that had been spoofed.  They said they 
appreciated the information.

In my case, as soon as I determined that the charge was not genuine, they 
took action to cancel the card.  I then went by the financial institution 
and signed forms to document the problem, so they could try to recover the 
funds.
