I also think this is a great photo, and I also think that bokeh doesn't really 
enter this discussion.

What we see is an interesting and artistically satisfying blend of movement 
and of stationary  objects in the one image.

For someone who enjoyed studying physics at Uni even though my 
competence in maths was awful (but I passed due to being able to visualise 
processes very well) I find the image of the sound-wave-generating motion 
of the guitar strings fascinating and it reminded me of how spanish-style 
guitarists generate harmonics by lightly fingering a sounding string on the 
exact point of the particular harmonic sought.

Bokeh to me refers to the rendering of out-of-focus background material 
which may have a blend of highlights and dark patches.
