Hello Dave,
I wouldn't know the manufacturer. It is in a macbook pro of 2006 and
behind battery and some screws...
But you should really ask them to fix the problem. This is a new
machine, there is no excuse for it behaving this way.
If it is less than 14 days old, and in the EU you can even return it!
