Here's the product we use
<http://www.franksredhot.com/products/buffalo-wings-sauce>
and the standard method of preparation
<http://www.franksredhot.com/recipes/FRANK%27S%C2%AE-REDHOT%C2%AE-BUFFALO-CHICKEN-WINGS-RE1303>
In the oven at very high temperature to make them crispy as they would
be if deep fat fried in oil like the real thing. Then just coat them
with sauce.

But to further simulate the real thing you need to use this
<http://www.franksredhot.com/products/hot-sauce>
which is just vinegar, salt and peppers much like Tabasco sauce. But to
turn it into wing sauce you need to add melted butter. The pre-made
wing sauce uses vegetable oil and butter flavoring plus some garlic.
Not bad but not the real thing.

If you want to do them on the grill you can do that too. Pick your
choice from 59 different recipes

including grilled wings
