Without hesitation, I recommend either the 5Dmk2 or the M9. Another
camera to seriously consider is the 7D. I believe that the 7D is the
overall best camera on the market at any price.
I have the Panasonic L1 now and I really enjoy the manual controls.
This is a camera that is sooo close, yet comes up short because of the
viewfinder.
Is the viewfinder important? Well, I have finally broken down and am
getting glasses again because of the eyestrain. These viewfinders in
modern cameras are really bad--even in the full frame cameras as
compared to the OM viewfinders. OK, I spent too much time in front of
computers and that is why my eyes are going bad...
