My recollection is that overall traffic drops during the summer, with
some really slow days later on.
So here's something to look at.

I dropped Carol off at SFO at about 5 am Wednesday. On the way home, I
went up past my house in the fog to see what was going on above it. The
mixture of low fog and high clouds made for some nice views.
I took the morning paper along, so I could comfortably wait and see what
happened as the sun rose higher.
