You certainly aren't old yet. My granddaughters, 9 and 11, are fast approaching
the magic age of those in your image.
Anyway, I just read somewhere that middle age is 45-68. So I'm still middle
aged, for a little bit. Every decade has had
its variations, but overall, each has been better than the last. So far, my 60s
are doing great!
I suppose you will be an old man eventually, but don't rush into it. :-)
