Yes. We had funnelwebs in the back wall at our previous house.
Annoying them through attempts at elimination might just succeed in
moving them on, indoors, so best to just let them be. Never found one
in the house.
I'm not always so easy on them. We once (actually, no, twice) bought a
box of dog biccies infested with baby Redbacks. They were eliminated.
