I see some back foucs on your E-3 image, you may need to send both the 14-54
and E-3 for calibration. My E-3 with 11-22 and 50-200 old version both were
front focus, I wish you luck with the Olympus service. The Olympus service
center here checked my 50-200 and E-3 but they said no problem found :-(
