Bet you don't give her any more of your cameras. :-)
I hate to say it but I had a similar sort of experience with the OM-G,
lenses and flash that I gave to the high school kid. Actually, I never
met the kid but had responded to an appeal from the father. The kid
wanted to take a film photography course, had no camera and the family
couldn't afford one. So I called the father, he stopped by and I gave
him the gear. He never said thanks. His attitude struck me as though I
had just given the stuff to someone who was entitled to it. Very strange.
