The landscapes are just outstanding.  Great shots.

f/8 is the right aperture but you can make significant improvements in 
the near DoF for the 24mm.  If you set the infinity symbol on the focus 
ring to the rightmost f/8 mark you'll be at the hyperfocal distance for 
f/8 which has, for 24mm, everything in focus from 1.1 meter to infinity. 
  Actually, I'd suggest you be just slightly more conservative and set 
the focus at the 3 meter mark.  Then you'll only have focus from 1.5 
meters to infinity but will be a better guarantee that infinity will 
actually be in focus with a bit better resolution.
