Minimum interval is 30s though, which can be a bit too long especially
for cloud formations and such.  I've used a Chinese remote-release
from that eBay, which also functions as an intervalometer, to capture
some time-lapses.  I recorded the images at 640x480 (or 1280x1024 &
scaled down later) and used this program to convert to a video:

IIRC, I used an interval of about 5 seconds between frames.  Playback
is at 25fps.
