I can think of an alternate setup

T32 in flash shoe with head pointing up toward ceiling
T-cord leading out of T32 to multi-connector to one or two T20s
T20s pointed at walls and/or ceiling, no other diffusers

Quick and simple to set up.  Walls may add a color cast but that might 
be overcome with proper white balance setting.  But setup needs to be 
repeatable to save rebalancing light and color.
