KEH has 4 bodies for sale ranging in price from $286 to $789. All have
some sort of defect or presumed defect. The two at the top of the price
range are here:
A black 10D
<http://www.keh.com/camera/Alpa-Camera-Bodies/1/sku-AL02999023988Z?r=FE#>
and a chrome 11E

The ad notes that the 11E's meter is inoperative. It wants a Mallory
PX28 6 volt silver oxide battery for which I believe substitutes are
available. The note for the 10D says the meter is *untested*. I didn't
understand why that would be until I checked the battery specs for the
10D. It calls for a Mallory mercury PX450 which is 11.6 mm diameter by
14.5 mm high. Still, it could have been tested with a Wein cell and a
spacer to make up for the unusual height. Why didn't KEH do that? Or
is it that the customer who returns the product for having a
non-functional meter will have tested it for them?
