[OM] New CMOS high performance imagers for Scientific purposes

For scientific use people have usually relied on CCD sensors , but this group 
have aparently changed that dynamic. Particularly true for high frame rate/low 
light use.

For technically minded download the white paper and be prepared to wade through 
some very technical discussions.
