Aaahhh...
About the only sound which even comes close to the lovely sonic
attribute of the Leica is the E-1. Instead of "Snick", it's
"Snicker". All other E-series cameras "clack". The E-1 whirs.
However, the OM-3Ti is most unusual in sound for the OM series. It is
just, uh, different. There must be something Olympus did differently
in that camera because the OM-4Tis just don't sound the same and have
a metallic tinge to the sound.
No Olympus OM experience is complete until you have had time with an
OM-3Ti. It really is special. Whether it's the camera or what the
camera does to your mindset I'm not sure, but I do take better
pictures with the OM-3Ti than with the other cameras.
