According to Wiki the Bradford and Cleveland are cultivars of the 
Callery Pear <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Callery_pear>  Without 
identifiying the cultivar there's a photo showing fruit.  My daughter 
has Bradford pear tress which I also thought did not bear fruit.  But in 
searching Google for Bradford pear I found this image

I think if you're looking for pears to eat you'll be disappointed unless 
you're a bird.  But it does look like there is fruit.
