Hummmm . . . kinda depends on your point of view. It's much to soon for history 
to to render any kind of verdict on Iraq or Afghanistan, never mind that 
Afghanistan technically is a NATO operation. As for Vietnam, well, I think I 
recall mentioning here having seen a photo within the last year. Some kind of 
celebration in Hanoi, maybe whooping it up over whipping the nasty imperialists 
. . . bunch of young people in Hanoi, all wearing western garb and dancing in 
front of The Gap. Not The Giap, but rather The Gap. in Hanoi. Makes you wonder 
who won what and who lost what . . . . <shrug>
