They would have taken them back oor repaired them, but I don'tknow anything
about their shop. I once got an 85-250 zoom from them that was soft. I
returned it and they worked on it, but I ended up sellingit as it also
lacked contrast. Only less than perfect exp[erience. I got a 250 fo rthe
hasselblad from them, graded bgn, that looked as if it was sbrand new.

Recently I saw "several" OM-2N which both had serious defects. Not
listed as "BGN", looked very good cosmetically. High shutter speeds all
over the map, good hinge foam but rotted slot foam. My customer just
received them from KEH and probably could have returned them. He didn't
know of the defects in the first place, but opted to pay for service
rather than hope they would fix everything after complaining.
