He was playing a regional manager of a big industrial meat processing company.
People were getting sick from their hamburger, and when confronted, Bruce's
character said, "Of course there's sh*t in the hamburger! All you have to do is
cook it!"
(This film opened with a disgruntled fast-food employee spitting on the
hamburger of a mildly annoying customer before serving it to him. It's a real
eye-opener. Go rent it.)
