Boris, you might try looking in a backpacking or ski store for silk
underwear. Around here (California) it is often sold as the first layer for
cold weather hiking ... thus usually long arms & long legs but you might
have success finding other versions.

it carries the tshirts made from cotton that I can tolerate.
Unfortunately, the dye process that makes cotton feel gentle on my skin isnt
used that often anymore, which makes shopping difficult, especially for
underware if you know what I mean...:)
I have experimented with the breathable synthetics, but did not like the
fact that taking the moisture away from the skin feels like a cold fan
blowing on me.
