Thank you! Yes, that background is just so cool. I'm thinking of
making a chemical print of that keeping the image size down to 5x7 on
an 11x14. That will make it grainless on print and the subtle tones
will be maintained.

I really like what happens to water reflection shots with two minute
exposures. Most people dont' realize that every body of water has a
very slow slosh. In the case of Chalk Lake, it's probably close to two
minutes. By using a long-enough exposure to capture this variation in
surface, it breaks up the hard reflection which would normally occur
in the still water. I don't necessarily like smoky water where waves
have created a dry-ice effect, but this photograph illustrates the
painterly effect

I think all the subsequent shots, I just zone focused using the DoF
scale on the lens.

Dawid, did you ever get your prints in the print exchange? If so, you
will recognize the trees in the background. That shot was taken two
frames later.
