Chuck, I believe that would depend on how much correction the lens
has. Overly corrected lenses have that spade-shape coma, but a classic
lens like the Zuiko 50/1.4 will have the ellipses which resembles
commas.

But I'll leave this for the optical experts here on the list. I just
know that some of my lenses are better served stopped down a couple
notches where others are perfectly happy wide open. The 35/2.8 is one
of the happier lenses.
