At various times through the years I've been involved in RF shielding
projects. If you are that sensitive to RF, and I have absolutely no
doubts you are as maybe 5% of the general populace actually is
affected by RF, then I wouldn't stop with making it a WiFi-free zone.

The Microwave oven would be the first thing to go. If not, then I
would be shielding (and grounding) a cabinet for it to sit in. That
would drain off most of the non-forward facing radiation.

Second thing I'd do is metal-mesh (and ground) the bedroom. I wouldn't
worry too much about the entire house unless it is debilitating. But
making the bedroom RF-free will at least clean up your environment for
up to 8 hours a day. While you are at it, replace the digital clock in
the bedroom with an old-style "West Bend" wind-up clock. Remove ALL
forms of electronics from the bedroom. Well, except for the...

Thirdly, the windows should be low-RF penetration. The glazing on a
lot of glass used in office buildings now reduces RF transmission by
at least 50%. This all adds up!

All florescent lights must go. Massive amounts of RF come from those
things--especially the ballast.

I was involved in one of the most incredible RF-free recording-studio
builds in the world. ALL forms of AC were isolated and removed. There
were no AC or radio items without 20 meters of the studio itself,
which was fully shielded and the shielding charged. All musical
instruments were DC powered from a centralized power system that made
most of my telephone central-offices look pretty lame in comparison.
Odd, but I actually felt better in there.
