No cycle helmets .............. hereabouts the kids and their parents would
be up on police issued violation tickets before the pedals went into their
second revolution ! Plus, they are riding the wrong way down a one way
street !
The local bobby from the Cuerpo Nacional de Policia must be turning a blind
eye :-))
