I see even SK Grimes doesn't like to do this procedure anymore. :-(
I am aware that the Z. 50-250 can suffer a similar malady. Mine had a
relatively recent CLA by John and he assures me that
the Oly approved incantation while disassembled will help prevent this.
So far, so good but I am worried.
