The 1.55V alkaline battery (625A, 625U) initially can cause 2 stops 
underexposure, but is non linear.  Even if meter is adjusted for that 
somewhat (say at BV12, asa 100, 1/125 f5.6) meter will be about 1/2 stop 
over at BV9, and 1/2 under at BV15.
