Yes.  We teach PAAT while accelerating or decelerating: progressively adjust 
the attitude and trim to maintain the aircraft level.  I can hardly believe 
that I am writing about this: it's my work :-)

In Cessnas and other little ac you have to re-trim for power, attitude or speed 
changes.  I don't know about Cessnas (I've never been in one :-() but the Grob 
115 has only elevator trim, controllable from the cockpit.  The aileron and 
rudder trims have to be set on the ground.
