You will probably want to get two policies.  One for the location and  one 
for the equipment which will be used away from the location.  The  
particular business arrangement may determine the ownership of the policy (the  
Business or the individual.)
 
You will want to look at your lease and see what requirements, if any, the  
owner of the building requires.
 
The policy on the building typically will provide liability coverage and  
property belonging to you.  It may also cover the interior improvements in  
the building (look at your lease.)  This is not typically an all-risk  
policy, but rather a specific perils policy.  That is not a bad thing,  however 
if 
you drop your camera and break it, it isn't covered.
 
Were I you, I would buy an "Inland Marine" policy on my camera gear as it  
is an all-risk policy covering you world-wide. Drop the camera, you are  
covered.  There is no klutz clause.
 
You might check with the agent who currently insures your car, apartment or 
 home.  If you are still with your parents agent, check with their  agent.
 
I've recently retired from State Farm Insurance Company, so if there are no 
 other relationships, they would be one you might call.
