I figured it was the distortion from being taken through the perspex
window but I also noticed the lack of detail at 100%, reminded me of
the 'smooth' quality you would get converting Video's from NTSC to
PAL.
It does the job though of imparting the information of just how much
rebuilding remains, and the road ahead to completion.
