Michael,

Welcome back. Old lenses can be fun, and can be enjoyed without going to
large format. I have a Ross lens that probably dates to around 1890. I
adapted it to a bellows, to see how it performed, and placed it on an
Olympus E-1 4/3 DSLR.

The lens itself employs Waterhouse stops.

The lens mounted on a modified bellows on the E-1.

An image made with this setup on a very cold January morning.

Enjoy the old gear. It may surprise you.
