We have many Oly E bodies, E300, E330, E520 and E5. There are at least a
dozen aftermarket BLM1s around. I have one OEM and two aftermarket BLM5s and
three assorted chargers for the E5. Never had any trouble with any
manufacturer's battery.
I just buy them off eBay

I'll be needing to get a replacement battery for my E-30 (the BLM-01).
Does anyone know of a reliable aftermarket battery? Or should I pay the
freight for a genuine Olympus-branded battery?
(I ask because some aftermarket batteries don't properly synch with the
charging and battery life circuits, resulting in incorrect reporting of how
much charge is actually left in the battery. This is a problem with Leica, I
don't know if it is a problem with Olympus E-series).
