Ken-
I've heard that if a product is a combination of two other products, one is not
done well. Like the combination Telephone/ answering machines of 20 years ago,
where either the phone or the answering machine didn't work well.

Having a phone in a real digital camera would be a good idea, especially if it
would automatically upload all the pictures to a secure storage site. But
trying to use one for voice conversations just conjures up images of the shoe
phone on "Get Smart".

tax dollars at work)

Just managed to use the stinking thing as a cellphone for the past
four hours. Mighty fine at that too. In fact, pretty decent indeed. As
a camera, it's got ONLY 5MP, but they seem to be good quality pixels.
Samsung put a lot of features into the camera like exposure
adjustment, WB adjustment, a few metering modes, etc. Two presses to
send to facebook. One press to Google+.

Now, can anybody tell me why we still can't get cellphones built into
our real cameras?
