Hi Chuck,

Thanks for your comments.  I thought the shadow contributed to a 3-D 
appearance.  The background is actually a folded blanket, which I use 
frequently because I can shape it to present a subject as I would like it, 
not as dictated by a flat surface.  I agree, a table cloth would add to the 
formality.
