Yes, it must be fun.  And there is no flap.

I spoke to a Pitts pilot around 25 years ago; he told me that the thing would 
sustain up +12, -10, or something like that.  I now know that even if the 
machine could do it, the pilot couldn't.

The other fun machines would be the ones on the Red Bull Air Race circuits, 
whose pilots, notwithstanding their advance years (over 40 :-)) must be 
extremely fit.
