I'm sure I've seen this kind of body-language (hand over mouth - both of
them equally) illustrated in a book on body language.
My interpretation would involve the laughter creases around the eyes too.
Genuinely amused, but hands over mouth to hide the laugh because maybe
the joke is too raunchy to laugh out loud about in present polite/formal
company.
