The Cord 2 has a 90 degree connector on both ends, whereas the Cord 1
has one 90 degree and one straight one. Otherwise, the pins are exactly
the same (length/diameter etc).
With its extra length the Cord 2 should fit fine between the Winder and
the BG2. I bought, but haven't used, a Cord 2 as a spare. At the time,
it was much cheaper than a Cord 1.
