Maybe there ARE some Nikon users here. Well, Nikon USA has decided that
in 180 days, all independent repair shops will be prohibited from buying
ANY repair parts. Same goes for Nikon retail dealers. Do you have a
little local repair shop where you like to get your Nikon fixed? Forget
it! They are trying to force you to use their "Authorized" shops or
Nikon factory. Sounds like restraint of trade to me.
