I had the use of my uncle's very old Harley in HS and college days. 
Foot clutch and side shifter.  Japanese bikes nearly buried everything
else.  The one bike I envied was a friend's Triumph Bonneville, but he
was frustrated because no matter what he did he couldn't get it to sound
like that Harley.  No matter what I did I couldn't get that Harley to
look like that Triumph.  I wish we could have traded.  We made each
other miserable.
