I don't know about in the UK but numerous places in Canada, and especially 
out west, have radio stations that regularly broadcast the locations of 
police speeds traps; they are the same jurisidictions that have legalised 
radar detectors .... on the premise that if Mr Plod is out looking for you, 
you have the right to know where Mr Plod is hiding. Sadly such liberal 
thinking does not extend to Nova Scotia or New Brunswick :-((
