Rick,
I think that adapter is only useful on Micro 4/3 cameras. With the E-1, the
registration distance is too great to allow rangefinder lenses to be
adapted. Leica-R lenses, which I use with the E-1, were built for a thicker
body, and they will work fine with an adapter, as will most SLR lenses.
