Ed's post reminded me of stuff I have on my first web-site; still there and 
which I should transfer over.
You won't find it using a search engine; I'm pretty sure I coded the pages to 
exclude search engines. I didn't want to be easily found than had up for 
breach of copyright law.
I hand-coded the M P pages.
