    Hmmmm...  I was leaning towards 587 as the colour of the sky is closer
to the actual powder blue colour at the time, and there's more diversity in
the foreground vegetation.  So, I brought up both photos into Corel
Photopaint and adjusted the gamma slightly.  I saw that it I decreased the
gamma of 587 I got a more pleasing sky intensity while retaining the overall
powder blue colour.  If I increased the gamma of 344 slightly I got a
lighter and more pleasing sky colour.  Seems that the best gamma is
somewhere between the two.

    The lens used was a Sigma 28-85mm f/3.5-4.5 Theta II series.  Not the
best for wildflowers as the macro only goes to 1:5.5.  The wildflowers I
uploaded yesterday were all taken with a Tamron 28-80mm f/3.5-4.2
Adaptall-2, which has a slight advantage.
