Nevertheless, I have so often made negative comments about the bokeh in the 
images you post here that I am duty bound to 
comment positively when the opportunity presents itself. :-)

I used to use the 135/4.5 a fair amount for close-up images in the garden. I 
liked it a lot, but don't recall specifics 
about bokeh. Of course, I was usually going for the greatest DOF possible. ;-)
