Most of the ceiling issues are related to the drywall tape coming loose.
I'll probably just try gluing them back in place before repainting. If it
works, great, if not, then it was a cheep experiment. The house is about 30
years old and was built by the college.
So, I'm wondering just how narrow of a space I can get away with in
building a sink and wet side work surface. If I build it in the corridor,
the advantage is that there is a bathroom on the backside of the wall so I
have water and drainage. I can do that plumbing myself. If I build the
wetside there, I can actually have a two person darkroom with a light trap.
I could wall off the far end to create full separation from the laundry
room....
Ah well. Something to entertain the list with.
