My best luck for fit and finish (OM to EOS) came from seller "Big-is". 
His Leica M to M4/3 is priced at less than USD 16.  But it's the same as 
everyone else's construction... black anodized aluminum and chrome 
plated brass.  It's cheap enough you can throw it away if you don't like 
it.  And if you do like it you can have one on every lens.
