Thanks for the responses.
I remember that the LR44 and lithium batteries wouldn't work well in
the OM-2S. Last night I picked up a couple packages of Rayovac 303/357
batteries. I don't think these hold up near as well as the Energizer
cells, but they were much less expensive.
I will be quite satisfied if I wear all these batteries out on this
trip. That is one of my goals. :)
