Ah, I understand and agree, Philippe. The 140 Macro is one of my most
successful lenses for sure, it's just gorgeous in all respects. I tried
a later K/L model of the same lens, but in the end kept and preferred
the old C-series one - smaller/lighter, better-built, and just wonderful
optics.

I wish there were an equivalent range of f/1.1 lenses for four thirds
(E-5), but since that's not going to happen, the Mamiya remains very
used by me for shallow depth of field.
